Do you hold my money or my Bitcoin?
Never. Satsu is non-custodial: buys execute on your own Coinbase account, and your funds never pass through us. We never have access to your money.
What does the Free plan include?
The exact same signals Premium sees (confidence score, plain-English reasons and the news behind each one), delivered 1 hour later. Premium adds real-time delivery and one-tap buy.
How do I actually buy?
Connect your Coinbase account once in the app. When a signal arrives, review the why and accept with a single tap, and the buy executes directly on your Coinbase account.
Which exchange does it work with?
Coinbase. Link your account in the app and accepted buys are placed there directly, in your account, under your control.
Where is my data stored?
Your account data is stored on our servers in the European Union and protected by GDPR. Two services we rely on, for subscription sync and email delivery, keep copies outside the EU under EU safeguards. The privacy policy has the details.
Do you track me or show ads?
No. There are no ads, no ad trackers and no third-party analytics, in the app or on this site, and we never sell your data. We count, we don't track: to improve Satsu we count a handful of moments in the app, like when the Premium screen opens, on our own EU servers. Crash reports are not linked to your account.
Why euros only?
Satsu is made in Europe for people who buy Bitcoin in euros. It watches the BTC/EUR market, shows every price in euros and bills in euros, so there's no conversion to second-guess.
Does Satsu work when I travel?
Yes. Once Satsu is on your iPhone, signals reach you wherever you are.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is billed through Apple, so you can cancel anytime from your App Store subscription settings: no emails, no hoops. Free stays free.
