Terms of Service

1. What Satsu is

Satsu is an iPhone app that watches the Bitcoin market and sends you notifications ("signals") when conditions may favor a buy, together with a confidence score, plain-English reasons, and related news.

Signals are information, not financial advice. Satsu is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, or a fiduciary. Every decision to buy, hold, or sell is yours alone. Nothing in the app or on this site is a recommendation tailored to your personal circumstances.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Satsu. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using the service is lawful where you live.

3. Your Coinbase account

If you choose to connect a Coinbase account, purchases execute on your own Coinbase account, only when you explicitly approve them in the app. We never hold your funds. Your relationship with Coinbase is governed by Coinbase's own terms, and you are responsible for your Coinbase account, including any fees Coinbase charges.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account: 9.99€ per month or 79.99€ per year, with a 7-day free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the period you paid for ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's media-services terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
• Prices may change; Apple will notify you before a change affects an active subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or build automated tooling against the service;
• resell, redistribute, or republish signals or other app content as your own service;
• share your account or misrepresent your identity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises about outcomes: signals can be wrong, markets move against any indicator, and past patterns do not predict future results. Cryptocurrency is volatile: you can lose money, including your entire purchase amount. We also do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satsu and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, for lost gains or lost data, or for any losses arising from trading or investment decisions you make, whether or not informed by a signal. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service; where reasonably possible we will give you advance notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will update the date above and surface the change in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
